Our engineers have designed this product to last. They followed a rigorous scientific method to determine the theoretical lifetime of the product and predict its possible weak points.If you're no longer using it and it's in good condition, consider gifting it or selling it on second hand.

Inflating your Swiss ball
To get the most out of your Swiss ball, it's important to pump it up correctly.You'll need a pump (ref: 8214626, or 8490986) and a tape measure to check the ball's diameter.The size 3 ball should be no more than 75 cm across.To check that the ball is correctly inflated, sit on it: your knees and hips should be level.If they aren't, inflate the ball more or deflate it a little!
